I am on stage 2 currently and have completed all of the bounties except super as there is only a 12% win chance. Is there a way to reset so I can challenge the lower level monsters again?

You need to clear super too to pass lvl. Try some character & inventory upgrade.
There was an idea that letting players go 1 stage back before but it seems like is not implemented and won't be in the future.
My best advice would be opening as much as armory chests possible until you get the higher level items than now and maybe changing your skill tree if you don't think it suits you well.
