Land - How to get it?
I have looked, but maybe I missed it. How do you get land? Do you have to be a certain level or have certain skills?

You can get random lands of you want, but if you want to buy lands on fixed place you can’t yet then you must wait for world map to open up again. But if you don’t mind where the lands are that you buy I can explain to you how to get it if you want.
Can you only get them by buying them? If so, isn't only with tokens?
No, you can buy land with tlrpg.
If you don’t mind random placed lands you can go to world map, select the land (the tlrpg you want to spent) and you can spent the tlrpg to get a random placed land.
But if you want more lands next to each other you can better wait till the worldmap opens again and you can walk to the lands you want.

How often does the land map open?
It was open from the web2 beginning/since its introduction, but it got closed off to be worked on for upcoming updates. Thus we don't know when it will get reopened, but hopefully it'll be soon.
I hope you will be able to but it with out tlrpg tokens, because I don't have any
