Question about referral rewards after the reward system update

Hi all — hoping a mod or someone from the team can help clarify this.
I've brought 100+ players to TokenLordsRPG, and a number of them went on to buy VIP. When the referral rewards were changed, I was told the system would be updated and that referrers would end up getting more out of it. I actually think the new structure is a good change.
The issue is that I haven't received rewards for any of my referrals — not under the old system, and not under the new one.

I'd like to keep promoting the game — I enjoy it and I've been happy to bring people in. Before I put more time into it, though, I'd like to know where I stand:
1. Are rewards from before the update still being credited, or were they reset?
2. Is there a way to have my past referrals reviewed?

They could be still info about what is pending (altho with less details now sadly). Check the very bottom of Referral subpage, you should see something like that:

I think the issue is that these funds doesn't go to EUR Balance, but to a separate withdraw-only box - which is no longer present.
