A few days ago I bought some tokens with crypto but have not received them how to i get help in resolving this???

We checked our crypto payment history. The last crypto payment we received was about a week ago. Nothing came in yesterday or in the last few days, so we can't find a payment from you.

Crypto purchases are almost instant: once your payment goes through, the TLRPG lands in your account right away.

If you did send a payment, please reply here with any proof you have and we will check it:

  • the order ID (it starts with CRYPTO-)
  • the transaction hash
  • or a screenshot of the payment
