To get Weekly distribution TLRPG you need to be at least kingdom tower level 3. For WEB3 TLRPG no level is needed.

How will I know when I can buy land?

You can buy land whenever you want, right now the only thing you can't do is choosing the exact tile you will buy (work in progress on world page)

But the system will give you a random placed one, of the corresponding tier you choose.
You can buy land from as low as 7 tlrpg, but I suggest you to save from a bit better land (at least the 70 tlrpg one which alone give you 168 ember per day for example)

You can buy lot of things with tlrpg
Bronze, chest, vip, lands, energy

The only thing you can't buy is businesses resources (wheat, wood, food, etc) (also, rare resources are not a guaranteed drop from chest if you pay with bronze, with tlrpg you have 100% drop, but still can't choose which one you'll get, you could get - from wood chest - from ember upto voidium (well, if you are lucky even chronis))
