How to insert an image on new forum post or ticket
I saw some players not being able to post images on the first post, it actually has different behaviour from replying with images.
Click on "image" to select the image you want to add on the post
You need to add one more step, as you can see from the image i attached, you need to press "insert image" to make them appear on the post, if not, they will just be lost. On mobile UI you may need to scroll down a bit
