Color element missing when forging armours and weapon

Could you please share the screenshot of where exactly this issue is?

Please explain a bit more about the issue, when I look at the picture, I see that you've all fire element weapon, I feel like there's something here which I am not understanding, please explain a bit more.

Previously, on the screenshot, the elements are identified already. But now, you can't easily identify what element you are selecting. You will only know what time of element after selecting any one of them.

First image-main inventory page. No difference between different element gear
Second image-forge, I selected gear and they have color when I put them in the forge. But, as you can see in the third image (same forge page, just scroll) the gear has no color or symbol and we can't identify them
