Euro balance incorrect

You are absolutely right — your balance was €8.12 before the correction, and it should have been €3.37 after deducting the €4.75 in PayPal processing fees from your previous withdrawal.

What happened:
We ran a batch correction to recover processing fees from 23 players who had been paid gross (full amount) instead of net (after fees). Unfortunately, an earlier script run wiped some balances to €0 before the correction applied, causing some accounts to show incorrect negative amounts.

Your account is now fixed: €3.37 (€8.12 − €4.75 fees = €3.37)
