Found when is unresponsive battle actions

Already was a lot of talk about unresponsive actions in battle after T15 and problem did not fully resolved yet. I dont know why but I am sure that its related to heal action and battle always stuck after T15 and when mob is going to use healing light. If mob does not use healing light all actions works besides heal no matter which turn is (after T15). Idk if somebody notice same thing and reported earlier but maybe it helps.
