Guild resources storage expansion boost not applying on storage timer

So, we currently have +X% bonus on storage from guild boost tree that is currently NOT applying. Maybe a % is not a good way for a bonus anymore since now it's calculated in minutes and not on "fixed" number based on business/kingdom tower level, so maybe convert it into some minute based? Or just leave it % based
