Lost my streak for no reason

It let me to hit to the mob during a super attack for mages and I died for no reason.
I was clicking on Gambit to hit it when super attack ends
And it wasn't letting me to hit (as my actions were locked), and actions were unlocked the second super attack finished so I clicked and immediately died.
And so I just lost my %1000 streak for no reason
