Resource locked after I assigned plot to ember

IMG_5861.jpeg IMG_5862.jpeg I assigned plot to ember to start ember mining but its still locked. Need some time to apply or is it bug? Standard resources (lumber, wheat, cloth..) works.

You can see change is available after 24 hours, try again to change the production after 24 hours and see if it works, if not then I will escalate the ticket.

Still the same, I assigned plot to ember but its still locked. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks for the report! I checked your account and it looks like you do not currently own any land plots or VIP land rentals. To assign a plot to ember mining, you first need to own or rent a land plot through the World > Buy Land section. Without an owned plot, the resource will appear locked.

If you believe you should have a plot that is not showing, please let us know and we can look into it further!

I have plot, bought it earlier and used it to boost other resources but it does not work for rare resources (locked). And yes I had problem when I bought it, system showed that I have plot but It did not show up in the game. I opened post on forum and you then resolved that problem. I dont know is that related with this problem now. Sending pic of plot assigned to ember.

Check back if your land mine are now generating something
