Seemed like mob didnt do normal attacks anymore (fixed right now, so they now are able to spawn minions like they did)

You mentioned attacks changed dramatically and no minions all day. Minion spawns are rare (1% per turn from mob Boxcars) — going 200 battles without seeing any is unlucky but statistically possible.
