stashes for Ruby sub

not sure how this works perhaps i just need clarity. im wondering about the tallies on stashes that im receiving. ruby sub states x8 monthly stashes bonus when buying ruby ( 1st image) but you can miss claiming stashes?. in the second image you can see my tallied claims but it seems im short of reaching this goal?

if someone can explain this to me i'd be very much appreciative. as i don't think being required to not miss a claim should be counted against you if you believe you are buying the stashes with the purchase
