Unclear if I have yet to claim or already claimed the new Kill Mobs Daily Quest

I'm not sure how to interpret what's shown here. I had already completed all 6 kill quests on the Battle page prior to the new Quests section's introduction. When I clicked the Start button for the Kill Mobs Daily quest, I was taken to the Battle page. Nothing there looked any different, I saw no way to claim anything additional, and so I went back to the Quests page. There I now saw a CLAIM button; clicking it redirected me to the Battle page.

In the attached screenshot, you can see there is a green check mark in addition to the CLAIM button; does this indicate I successfully claimed the quest, and the continued appearance of the bronze amount and the Start and CLAIM buttons is merely a visual glitch? (The bronze amount is outlined in green, and an XP amount isn't shown there like it is for the other quests--but admittedly, I didn't take an initial screenshot and don't recall if it even had an XP reward, nor how much it was if it was present.) However, my XP and Bronze Activity Logs do not reveal any corresponding collections, which would point to this quest being incomplete.

I did fight 5 mobs to see if redoing the daily quests would trigger it, but it did not work. (Perhaps completing only the one quest wasn't enough? If so, I certainly don't have the energy, patience, or inclination to go a full 250 to check.)
