Up to 30 energy taken when collecting from Businesses

I noticed that my energy dropped drastically (normally after first activity in the morning), but then I checked and it happens randomly. Some time it takes off the 1.25 as expected, but mostly it takes off more.

Please look into this bug (I believe Dommong et-al have similar issues)

(And please put my VIP allowance for storage back as it was removed a few weeks ago).
