Withdraw

Hello, a withdrawal transaction has been pending for over an hour. I'm withdrawing €100 to my Bitcoin wallet, and the system says I'll receive €95 in Bitcoin. The Tokenslord website stated that the transaction could take between 15 and 30 minutes, but it's been over an hour. I would appreciate it if the funds could be sent to me if they need to be processed manually. Thank you.
