Change the timer for the free personal boost stashes

I see the timer for the free daily mini stash runs on a 24-hour clock, and it resets upon claiming; I assume the timers for the others are similar. (Not that it would make a difference for the latter.) This creates an issue similar to what initially happened with the Guild Boost Pool, where you end up waiting 24 hours plus a few moments to click it. And that's if you can keep coming back as soon as it's again available, which the vast majority of us will not be able to do. Those little moments will therefore add up to become significant, and eventually many of us will have lost a days' worth of time that could have gone toward claiming another daily stash. I propose this timer be a daily one just as the Guild Boost Pool currently has, resetting at 12 am UTC.
