We need to reduce the price of chest if there is going to be such a low chance of getting anything. the balance is way off atm in my opinion.

i don't mind the way it is now, but i do mind how slow and boring it is when you have to do 100's of chests as a free player
You will mind when 10 chest cost 25k and only 3 have anything in them.
fair enough. the chest scaling price is a little outlandish I agree. i had the trial for 1 week and always stopped in time before it got too expensive.
I just think it needs to be a little more balanced.
I agree. As we know the drop chances won’t change anymore (60% chance) we need the bronze to be reduced.
I personally have noticed in Bronze armour chest, out of 10 chests i got 4 drops which doesn’t actually match the 60% data, but i could be wrong.
And the bonus spins, after 100 or before 100 openings, what’s the 300% chance for ? I got all level 3 gears on bronze bonus spins… and XP for opening resources chests is too low as well…. If we get 3 matches = 1 ember, 5 xp ( was 8xp before) then why not 4matches =2 ember and double xp as well(10xp)
Part of the problem is the point at which those odds even out, if you will: how many chests does it take to reach the 60% drop rate? (So you might not see it with 10 openings, or 20 openings, but you do if it's 35 openings, say, or 100+ openings.)
I'm still wondering about the bonus percentage chances myself, but thinking about what you've said and the results I've gotten, I think it's at least bumping up your likelihood of receiving anything. (I don't know about you, but--without checking my records--I think nearly all if not all of my bonus spins result in receiving something.)
