Feature request: Merge the "Old commission" Referrals into a single EUR balance

There is currently no way to withdraw balance from the old commissions (old referral system):

It would be good if rather simply restoring the old withdraw functionality, it instead gets integrated with the already present "general" EUR balance:
...since withdraw fees are already pretty high and there is realistically no reason to split withdraws into two.
