Give Veteran/Trusted Players in Discord a Mute Power

Scammers in the General channel within discord are slowly becoming a daily occurance. There isn't always Devs or Mods online. My thought is to give a few more Trusted Players the ability to atleast Mute somebody temporarily.

Doesn't have to be Ban power. Just the abilty to mute obvious scammers posting links and such. 1500 players in discord these scammers will start hitting plenty of newbies moving foward.
