I think we should have the ability to remove/vote to kick people from the raid lobby. Sometimes when you hit leave raid lobby it does not work and the person is in the lobby for hours.
Another potential option could be if somebody does not attack for 10/15 minutes, they are auto removed form lobby.

Having AFK players making combos impossible.
Suggest:
AFK timer (no attacks for 5 minutes)
Boot option by leader or guild officer
Vote kick
or all 3
I agree with this! Maybe a little longer of a timer but I think it should be based off attacks to keep people truly involved with the battle.
Could be a limited number of people who could kick so a bunch of random people cannot remove others.
We just need some sort of fix on this when leaving the raid is currently bugged..

Instead of attacks, we need to focus on their overall activity.
We have low hp players who sometimes just needs to stay in the raid to heal….. so if they not using skills but chatting in there, not to consider them as afk.
And i think 10 mins as appropriate time for afk detection. If more than 10 mins passed and no action or message sent in chat, they afk.
Also, If TL considers doing this update, he need to make sure that if even small amount of actions are done by them, they get atleast something once boss is defeated.
