Meta changes update prior the start of the week

Since in discord there was a discussion about how leaderboard point should be changed to better reflect the energy system, I came up with another thing related to it

There should be an announcement (in game and on discord) about the "meta" changes on point reward for kills chest and walk before the start of a new week. And the update should come at the very beginning of the first day of the week, it possible. So player could plan their strategy and know what to do to stay on leaderboard
