Open communication to new players in Web 2

As it stands there is no way to speak to new members who don't have discord or aren't currently active in TLRPG discord server. Would be nice to have some sort messaging between guild leaders and potential new members.

Maybe a tool co leads can open a chat from requesting new members in Web 2 platform.
