Option to Scrap Unwanted Gears

Add an option in the Crafting page to convert unused/unwated gears into metal scraps or blueprints to craft another gear of need.
for example, if a player scraps 100 gears ( swords lets say) he/she receives 100 blue print( depending on the element of scraped swords) for forging a higher or same level swords which requires X amount of bluprint.
example:-
level 3 air element sword requires 100 same element blueprint to forge ..
(starts with 1 star and each start requires 25 blueprints)
level 4 requires 200 blueprints to forge
and so on....
