Portal with chests

Please remove Portal Summoning and restore wheel of fortune, add there risk levels: easy - 1 chest per minute with 100% successful claim and 0.05 energy; medium - 2 chests with 60% successful claim and 0.1 energy; hard - 5 chests with 40% successful claim and 1 energy; insane - 10 chests with 10% successful claim and 10 energy.
