Purchasing pet packs/VIPs as gift

I think there was such a suggestion before by RockShandy, but so much time passed since it is posted so I wanted to propose this idea again.
Not everyone wants beer, high quality cigarette or etc. as gifts for special days. For example, I want pet packs as gift in my birthday but people can't gift me one because there is no such option. Or I want VIP as gift but still the same problem.
So, I think adding an option to choose "Gift" when purchasing pet pack/VIP and sending the gift directly to players' account would be good. And you could implement something so people that don't even have an account can also purchase gifts for their beloved ones.

this as an awesome idea that would benefit the game. purchasing "gifts" for other players was something i thought we would have implemented already. As a Guild Leader I'm looking foward to this.
