Struggle button location

This STRUGGLE button should be relocated - maybe a little bit higher. Many times it happens that I accidentally click the action button (Quick attack, Heal, Battle cry...which are "behind") while trying to break free, because friend saved me in the meantime and action buttons appears at the same place.
