Suggestion: XP Progression Needs Adjustment for Sustainable Play

Placeholder for discussion: But I think the current XP needs an adjustment. Especially for F2P > Diamond level players.

At level 51, it currently takes 43 million XP to reach level 52. An easy monster gives only 6,625 base XP. With 2 hours of daily playtime (roughly 120 battles at 1 minute each), a player farming without any boost earns about 795,000 XP per day or 5.565 million XP per week. This means it would take roughly 7.7 weeks of consistent daily grinding to gain a single level without using boosts.

At this rate, people will be way under-levelled for the stage they are at with no other way to gain XP.

The goal for healthy progression should be around 1 level per week with 2 hours of play per day without relying on temporary boosts. Right now, players need approximately 51,000 base XP per easy monster (nearly 8 times more than current values) to hit that target. This creates a situation where progression feels extremely slow for casual and mid-core players just to see meaningful progress.

I believe the XP rewards or level requirements need tuning — either by increasing base monster XP, reducing the XP curve slightly, or adding more consistent XP sources. This would make the game more enjoyable long-term and help retain players who enjoy steady, boost-free progression.

Looking forward to seeing how pets play into this.

-Draft - I think all stages should be open. But if Im lvl 50, i would get zero XP fighting lvl 40 mobs in stage 6. This allows infinity level based grinding.

Well, it all depends on the rhythm TokenLord want to give to the game
I know that seeing number rising constantly helps player and give some sort of progression feeling to keep pushing and grinding
I would be good even by having an harder curve that almost flatten around 120 or so (if I'm not wrong the intention of the game is to be infinitely scalable so a limit won't be an option) That's all up to the general idea of the game, I don't mind. Obviously, this is just my opinion, not saying you are wrong or whatever

Anyways, I wanted to do a similar post since a week, was waiting for pet update to come at 100% to see if, with new bronze source, there would've been a new XP source too. Also, the idea was to move battle to the world, and that would obviously cause a huge drop on how much battle I would do per day (if pet got to move, reach a point, and then start a battle)

To conclude, actually I think we need to see how the pet update will balance the game (or broke the balance 😂) to give further suggestion, but I would love to hear everyone opinion about it

I totally agree to you. All stages and mobs should be available to everyone. Here are some suggestions that I would like to add:

-If a player choose to fight high-level mobs that would be their own choice and risk. In addition to your suggestion, I think XP rewards should be given based on the level difference between player and mob, that said low level mobs would give less XP (and you won't even get any XP by fighting with a mob that has a lower level than you).

-Rather than stage quests (there is only one that gives a reward for each stage, which is finishing that stage. there are REQUIREMENTS such as 80 super mob, 200 hard mob etc. for you to finish that stage but those don't give any reward to players) there should be universal quests, such as "Kill 100 Lv.10 mobs". After you finish that it regenerates with an higher requirement but rewards higher, like "Kill 250 Lv.10 mobs" but it would give 2x reward compared to the first one.

-I don't know if it would suit this game, but there could be farm areas for players that struggle with battles. I think it would not be that hard to implement, because there is already a plan to move battles from 2D to 3D. Player will go AFK and same level mobs would spawn maybe every 10 seconds. Player would spend his energy and get XP & bronze in return. Of course it won't reward that much, also there would be a limited boost which lasts until player reaches a specific level (for example, if the farm area is Level 20 and the player is Lv.15, there would be 3x XP boost until player reaches Lv.20 and the XP amount it gives would reduce to 0.5x after player reaches Lv.20).
