Ticket system

I would like to suggest that the users that open the ticket have a chance to get to close a ticket before a Mod closes it for them. Flag it as it will be close in 24 hours or something. Don't just force close a ticket because you don't think it applies and request users to open a new ticket. I opened a ticket about not receiving VIP boxes for having diamond VIP. I then received the boxes but they were for KL 1. I reported that and my ticket was reopened but then like a week later the ticket gets closed again just telling me to open a new ticket. The lack of communication and acceptance we just have to accept is not right.
